With the ultimate goal of providing a global collaboration network to facilitate trading of semiconductor intellectual property (SIP) in Greater China, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) is conducting the first phase of the project "The Greater China Semiconductor Intellectual Property Trading Center (GCSIPTC)".

This Project is funded by the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG) and sponsored by the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks (HKSTP: www.ic.hkstp.org).
